How to rearrange PDF pages
- Choose your PDF. You'll see a preview of every page, labelled with its current page number.
- Move the pages. On a computer, drag a page to its new place. On a phone, use the arrows under each page to move it earlier or later. "Reverse order" flips the whole document.
- Press "Save new order" and download the PDF.
How it works
A PDF keeps a list of its pages in reading order. This tool rewrites that list and nothing else. The pages themselves aren't copied or re-saved, so quality doesn't change, and bookmarks, links and form fields keep pointing at the right pages. Your file never leaves your device.
Example
You scanned a 4-page letter but fed it into the scanner last page first, so the PDF reads 4, 3, 2, 1. Press "Reverse order" and save.
Frequently asked questions
Can I move a page on my phone?
Yes. Use the left and right arrows under a page. Each tap moves it one place earlier or later.
Do bookmarks and links still work after rearranging?
Yes. Only the order changes, so a bookmark or link that pointed to a page still takes you to that same page in its new position.
Can I delete or rotate pages here too?
This tool only changes the order. To remove pages, use Delete PDF pages; to turn them, use Rotate PDF.
Can I put pages from different PDFs together?
